Hi! I’m Sabrina Barekzai. I am a communications and content professional currently living and working in the Bay Area.

I’m currently at Salesforce, where I’m working on content marketing and social media on the Dreamforce team.

Outside of Salesforce, I also serve as the Marketing Chair for the Afghan-American Conference. I help to bring our annual conference of Afghan-Americans around the country to life through all channels of marketing. Now more than ever, the gathering of Afghan-Americans is imperative to our community and diaspora. I couldn’t be more proud to work with a phenomenal group of individuals to make our event happen.

In my free time, I make zines, which you can buy on Etsy.

I’ve previously worked with Afghan Women’s Writing Project, where I help to craft and template email newsletters. Afghan Women’s Writing Project aims to empower the direct voice and writing from Afghan women. I’ve previously written for  The Bay Bridged, an award-winning San Francisco independent music blog.

I’m always looking to connect with people in the realms of social media, content marketing, writing, etc. Feel free to e-mail me or connect with me via LinkedIn.
